Training of scientific and academic staff of higher qualification (PhD program)

Mission of the PhD program:

• Preparation of "Instructors" for higher education in the module of disciplines of the specialty;
• Preparation of research staff – "Researchers," as organizers and participants of innovative-technological development of the University's scientific activities and acquiring new knowledge for the benefit of the economy.

Diploma of Professional Qualification: "Instructor-Researcher" by specialty:

• Instructor in higher education in the module of specialty disciplines.
• Researcher – Practitioner in the scientific field upon defending the dissertation before completing the PhD program.
• Researcher – Theorist in the scientific field upon absence of dissertation defense before completing the PhD program.
